24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made within 24 hours of scheduled service. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of original service booked.

• “NO-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates have no cash value. No cash or refund will be provided for services not used.

• Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift certificate and provide the certificate number.

• Our Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from issue date.  Certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date.  Gift certificates are not refundable.

• Gift Certificates are to be used towards services only and cannot be used to purchase products.
